The ForceCast returns with a full report from Chicago's C2E2 where we sat down with Star Wars legend Anthony (C-3PO) Daniels and star of The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Rudy, and The Goonies, actor Sean Astin, for a little chat about the 'Wars. Plus, Ralph McQuarrie is laid to rest and details on how you can win a set of ForceCast trading cards. It's all right here, right now, and only on your Weekly ForceCast!

GuestsEdit

  • Anthony Daniels
  • Sean Astin (actor, The Goonies, Rudy, Lord of the Rings)

TopicsEdit

  • Jason and Jimmy start off the show by announcing a giveaway of ForceCast trading card sets from Celebration V.
    • While the two hosts were at Jimmy's house during C2E2, they found several complete card sets in a box. "Over the next couple months, we'll be giving these cards away on Facebook," Jimmy says. He adds that he hopes to give away one set per week leading up to Celebration VI. New Facebook fans will be entered into weekly drawings for the cards. Existing Facebook fans will also be eligible, Jimmy says, although their odds of winning are lower.
  • Jimmy reads from a Facebook post by Stan Stice, a friend of the late Ralph McQuarrie. Stice and McQuarrie's wife scattered the Star Wars concept artist's ashes at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco in accordance with his wishes.
  • Headline News
  • C2E2 interview: Sean Astin
  • Jason and Jimmy play audio highlights from Anthony Daniels' C2E2 Q&A, followed by their interview with Daniels.
